Stability before features

A buggy fast app loses users. A stable slow one keeps them. Mobile reliability is the product, not a tax on shipping speed.

Process beats heroics

Reliable releases come from systems, not all-nighters. The boring parts (branching strategy, release gates, CI) are where quality lives.

Ship, don't just review

Credibility comes from the work, not the title. I stay hands-on in the codebase, reviewing and shipping alongside the team I'm on.

Mobile is a first-class product

Apps aren't a thin wrapper on the web. They deserve native UX, native performance, and native investment in tooling, testing, and release discipline.
